Carla Thompson


Carla Thompson is Founder and Executive Coach at Agent+ Coaching. With more than 20 years of experience and over 80 million in closed sales, she is recognized as a top performer in the real estate industry and has been in the top 1% of realtors nationwide. Her focus on exemplary customer service allowed her to create a strong referral base of raving fans who appreciated her market knowledge and attention to detail. The joy she experienced in leading her team and serving her clients prompted her to consider how she could have an even greater impact–a challenge that took her to Boise, Idaho where she became the leader of a large real estate office.

For more than five years as the CEO of Keller Williams Realty Boise, she grew the productivity of her agents immensely. In 2011, Real Trends awarded the KW Boise market center as the #1 Office in the Nation for closed transaction sales. At the close of 2013, with more than a billion in closed sales, the KW Boise market center was in the top ten of the highest producing offices in the Keller Williams franchise.

From her experience in leadership, Carla developed a passion for coaching real estate agents to become top performers in the industry.

Rick Gray


Rick Gray is a Business Coach at Agent+ Coaching. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his coaching clients. He has worked personally with international trainers/coaches/authors Jim Rohn and Brian Tracy as their National Sales Director. He has also conducted over 1,500 training consultations for companies such as IBM, Xerox, Sprint, Hewlett Packard and many others. Originally licensed in 1994, Rick was a traditional Real Estate agent for six years before teaming up with his wife and growing a team. He then held the title of CEO at a Keller Williams in Portland, Oregon, and doubled the size of the office in his first year, as well as multiplied profitability by 10 times. He was also Vice President of the #1 Real Estate Office in the World from 2012-2014, working alongside Carla to build a powerhouse company that closed over $1 billion in sales with 425 agents. He has been the Managing Partner and an instrumental force in building two powerhouse real estate teams in two different markets. Sales for those two teams exceeded $130 million in volume in 2015.

Rick’s ability to train others and create an environment of productivity is masterful. His capacity to lead others and set up simple systems to deal with complex issues is well-acknowledged by the agents. He is committed to helping people grow, develop and behave more effectively in the world. He has a deep passion for personal development. Kris Bowen


As a native of the Salt Lake Valley, Kris Bowen has worked as a licensed Real Estate professional in Utah since 2003. Kris has turned his years of experience as a successful entrepreneur and previous business owner in the technology sector into a vehicle for helping Buyers and Sellers.

With his amazing technology background, Kris has led the industry in online lead generation. He has great depth of knowledge in how to get the best results in conversion. Also, he has deep understanding of the various systems and companies in the online lead generation space.

Kris has been featured in numerous local and national TV broadcasts and radio shows. He has also written two books and was recognized as a Best Selling Author.

He runs a team of 17 full-time agents in 3 markets (Salt Lake, Layton & St George, Utah).
Kris’ team won the top sales team at Keller Williams Utah in 2018 with over $72,000,000 in closed sales production.

Sandra Larsen


Sandra Larsen is an Administrative Coach at Agent+ Coaching. She began her real estate career in 2007. With a background in operations management, real estate, coaching, and education, Sandra knows how to guide the development of real estate teams. She is highly skilled in directing the growth of operations by teaching administrative staff members how to collaborate and how to be effective as a team. Her specialty areas are in developing communication systems, efficient processes and powerful cultures.

She spent four years as an Operations Manager for the leading real estate brokerage in the nation; she led a staff of 20 people. As a result, she had the opportunity to impact change in the company’s infrastructure. She was especially successful in creating communication flow, hiring and recruiting systems, and a cohesive culture. She worked with staff members to achieve clarity of roles, to facilitate cross-training between staff members within departments, and to design procedure manuals for each position. Working with the leadership staff at a high level, she was able to establish processes and tracking to exceed company goals.

Sandra is currently a co-owner of Rick Larsen Real Estate. There, she has created and implemented an abundance of efficient systems to take their business to the next level of growth. On top of coaching and co-owning a real estate company, she also homeschools her son, Sam. As a born learner and teacher, helping others grow is a passion of hers.

Angie Barbosa


Angie Barbosa is a Transaction Management Coach at Agent+ Coaching. She brings over 30 years of excellent client care and real estate transaction experience to the table; she has a passion for all things real estate related. Her common sense and intuition are key to her success during the navigation of purchase or sales transactions from contract to close. She is dedicated to managing detailed paperwork, timeframes, and closing coordination to ensure a smooth experience. With the 2014 creation and explosive growth of her company that followed, Angie discovered another passion – teaching others to do what she loves! Having successfully trained several Transaction Managers and a Personal Assistant, with a strong focus on client care and communication,
She’s proven herself a ‘go-to’ resource in the transaction coordination industry.
