Rick Gray is a Business Coach at Agent+ Coaching. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his coaching clients. He has worked personally with international trainers/coaches/authors Jim Rohn and Brian Tracy as their National Sales Director.
He has also conducted over 1,500 training consultations for companies such as IBM, Xerox, Sprint, Hewlett Packard and many others. Originally licensed in 1994, Rick was a traditional Real Estate agent for 6 years before teaming up with his wife and growing a team. He then held the title of CEO at a Keller Williams once in Portland, Oregon and doubled the size of the once in his first year, as well as multiplied profitability by 10 times. He was also Vice President of the #1 Real Estate Once in the World from 2012-2014, working alongside Carla to build a powerhouse company that closed over $1 billion in sales with 425 agents. He has been
the Managing Partner and an instrumental force in building two powerhouse real estate teams in two different markets. Sales for those two teams exceeded $130 million in volume in 2015.

Rick’s ability to train others and create an environment of productivity is masterful. His capacity to lead others and set up simple systems to deal with complex issues is well acknowledged by the agents he works with. He is committed to helping people grow, develop and behave more effectively in the world.
